French Market Bag: Thursdays, July 23, 30, & August 6 12:30-2pm
Description
Knit this cute summer bag, perfect for groceries OR your knitting projects! This bag is knit from the bottom up, starting at the center of a round base. The body is knit in beautiful & simple openwork lace stitch.
Bring materials for the lining and straps and have instructor Ashley help you with assembly, or learn how to knit straps onto the bag!
Materials included*:
- Pattern: French Market Bag by PetiteKnit ($8.15 on Ravelry)
- 350–500 yards of worsted-weight plant-based yarn (recommended: Flax & Twine Daytime Linen DK)
- US 6 (4mm) circular needles & DPNs (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Optional:
- 1 yard of cotton lining fabric
- 2 shoulder straps (3/4"-1" wide, 2 yards, leather optional)
Skill Level: Intermediate- Must know how to knit & purl in the round, increase & decrease.

CLASS REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
· When signing up for a class, please add your name and email to the "Notes" section on the checkout page so that we may contact you with any additional information about the class.
· If you would prefer to register over the phone instead of online, call Knit Dallas at 214.758.0349 with credit card information to secure your spot. Full payment is needed to reserve your spot.
· If you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund if you cancel 5 days prior to the start of the first class. Otherwise, cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
· If you must miss one class, contact your instructor for individual makeup arrangements. If you will be missing multiple classes, please sign up when you are able to make all of the classes. A maximum of one class may be made up for multi-session classes.
· Classes may be canceled in the event of insufficient sign-ups (less than three students). If we cancel a class, you will be notified three days before the start of the first class by phone & will be given a full refund.
· Please email info@knitdallas.com or call us at 214.758.0349 if you would like to be added to a waiting list when classes sell out. We will let you know if spaces become available. Please also note that our waiting lists do not roll over to the next scheduled classes.
