Refund policy

Unwound yarn that has been housed in a smoke-free environment with the original label and packaging and in original condition may be exchanged or returned within 60 days from the date of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Needles, needle sets, notions, and project bags may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. There are no returns on patterns, gift cards, books and magazines, or sale items. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. (Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.)

If the wrong item was shipped to you, or purchased items were received damaged, please let us know by emailing us at info@knitdallas.com within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
